48 amazing hours prayer marathon

This church ends the year with a 48-hour prayer marothon drawn from over 30 countries!

If there is one phrase to describe 2022, then it is this: “What a year!”

2022 is definitely a year many of us will remember for a long time. The world was just coming out of a pandemic that some experts predicted will engulf us, especially those in Africa. We saw a sovereign nation being invaded by a world superpower, consequently leading to over 13 million Ukranians being displaced. Economies around the world also experienced unprecedented inflation and currency depreciation.

In the midst of it all, we survived. In fact, we just didn’t survive. We thrived. All glory to God!

This is why the Prophet of God, Prophet Reindolf Monnie, as directed by the Lord, saw it right to spend the last 48 hours of the year with God. This happened on Zoom from 29th December 2022 at 6pm EST / 11pm GMT to the final hours of 31st December 2022.

There was however something unique about this prayer session. Usually, you would expect a prayer marathon of this magnitude to be led by pastors and church leaders only. The Royals however gave this a different twist. The prophet believed God could work through his children so he gave several people the opportunity to lead the sessions. There were over 48 leaders handling every hour of the marathon. These leaders came from all walks of life. They included students, politicians, actors, traders, diplomats and pastors.

After it was all said and done, the church “crossed over to take over” into 2023. This was held at the church premises in Toronto with an online audience joining in on Zoom, with a screen dedicated to them. While many churches dropped these dedicated screens as Covid subsided, Royal Throne Triumphant Ministries continued investing into them diligently. This shows the church’s commitment to understanding the times and dominating in the future for God.
